OUR FOUNDER, OUR STORY

Leslie Jacobs began her creative career as an administrative assistant and elevated to Competitive Tracking and Broadcast Traffic Manager in the Creative Services Department at Top 5 Ad Agency Young and Rubicam (Y&R). During an over 20-year career at Y&R, Leslie helped to coordinate the creative flow of major ad campaigns for top corporate clients such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, American Airlines and CBS Television. It was while serving as a Project Manager at Executive Search firm Heidrick and Struggles that Leslie noticed a niche in the market.

While placing C-Suite officers into Fortune 500 companies, she came upon a clientele that was well established and properly financed, however, was being underserved in consulting and brand marketing services. She decided to strike out on her own and launch The Jacobs Agency to service small to mid-size businesses and high net worth individuals who valued the type of client-focused and professional, personal touch she had become known for. She has since expanded the agency to include divisions for international travel, the sale of high-end luxury goods, and premiere events.
